Our team and the client staff we work with can choose to receive short, automated text alerts when a new caller lead comes in or when a system we run needs attention.
About this program
What you will receive
- Lead alerts: a new caller’s name, callback number and the type of matter they called about, so the right person can call back quickly.
- System alerts: a notice when a phone line or service we operate goes down, and when it is back online.
These are operational alerts, not marketing. They are sent only to PRISM USA team members and client staff who sign up. People who call a client’s phone line never receive these texts.
